Hildale-Colorado City Utilities Office and Bathrooms Remodel Project  

Project Overview
Hildale-Colorado City Utilities is soliciting bids for a comprehensive remodel of a bathroom and office at 25 North Richard Street. The project includes demolition, plumbing, electrical work, structural changes, fixture installation, flooring, wall treatments, and trim and finish work. The goal is to upgrade the facilities to meet modern standards and improve functionality.
The project also includes carpet removal-replacement, sheetrock removal, mold treatment, and completed with baseboard. Additionally includes a bathroom shower and floor tile installation at 665 West Mohave Avenue.
